We at Fais du sport strive for quality and excellence. If you are not completely satisfied with your product we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re looking to make a return, just relax cher. Returns are free and simple. If your purchase was made within 30 days, you can return it. The product must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with all hangtags attached. Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner intact. Please keep in mind, gift cards, face masks, and all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you’re looking for a refund to your original method of payment or an exchange for a different item, please send us a detailed message including the reason for the return and order number to [email protected]. We’ll refund you within 3-5 business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the return transaction, the credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.
International Exchanges & Returns
We accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES within 14 days of delivery. The customer will pay for the full shipping costs to send the original item/s back to our warehouse. Once we receive them, we will process the return and issue your refund or exchange and ship out the correct size for free. You will only pay for shipping the items back to us and we will handle the rest. In order to be considered for an exchange, the items must be in brand-new condition and still have all of the original tags attached. If the items appear to be used or the tag/s are missing, then it is no longer eligible for an exchange. Please note, we do not offer exchanges for different colors, only for different sizes.
Once a return is started we will send you an email with instructions on shipping the item/s back to us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Orders made later in the day are generally shipped out the day after the order was placed. Please keep that in mind when choosing Overnight Shipping. After the packages are shipped they are out of our hands and cannot be canceled.
